    • Approximately 72,000 new records added, including 2010–2016 market data, enabling longer-range price trend and neighbourhood analysis.
    • Property detail pages, community market pulse charts, and price trend analytics have all been updated to reflect the richer dataset.
  2. New Tool: Winnipeg Property Sale Price Lookup

    • Launched the Winnipeg Property Sale Price Lookup tool (/winnipeg-real-estate-sold-price) — enter any address to instantly view government assessment value and historical sale price range.
    • Powered by 162,464 official City of Winnipeg public records across 203 neighbourhoods. Free, no signup required.
    • Sale records are explained in two parts: government public data (queryable online) and MLS complete data (available via email or text).
  3. New Tool: Winnipeg Waste Collection Schedule

    • Launched the Waste Collection Schedule tool (/waste-collection) — enter any Winnipeg address to instantly find garbage, recycling, and yard waste pickup days.
    • Result page shows the next collection date for each type: garbage and recycling are weekly; yard waste follows the City of Winnipeg A/B alternating schedule (Area A from May 4, Area B from May 11, every two weeks).
    • Result pages are shareable with family and friends, with a direct link to the full property listing.
    • House detail pages now include a Waste Collection Schedule section showing the pickup schedule and next collection date.
    • Added to the Market Insights navigation dropdown.
  4. New: Compare Winnipeg Neighbourhoods

    • Launched the new Compare Winnipeg Neighbourhoods page (/neighbourhood-compare) — compare up to 3 neighbourhoods side by side.
    • Covers housing stock (residential homes, condos, vacant lots, assessed value range and distribution chart), crime & safety (total incidents, vs. city average, year-over-year trend), and 2021 Census demographics (household income, owner-occupancy rate, average age, top mother tongues).
    • Two-neighbourhood mode uses a mirrored layout with a winner indicator per row so differences are immediately obvious.
    • Popular comparison pairs are auto-generated from the neighbourhoods with the most residential homes.
  5. Listing detail: nearby amenities & neighbourhood crime stats

    • Added nearby amenities section showing parks, schools, hospitals, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and more within walking distance.
    • Added Winnipeg neighbourhood crime statistics — annual incident count, year-over-year change, and dominant crime category.
    • Crime data links to /crime-overview for full city-wide neighbourhood comparisons and historical trends.
  6. UI overhaul: wide-screen layout, compare upgrades & nav improvements

    • Site-wide content width upgraded to 1440px with 20px side padding for a better large-screen experience.
    • House compare page adds 2021 Census data and property scores, and auto-loads editor's picks when empty.

    • Listing pages now include a Statistics Canada 2021 Census Dissemination Area (DA) neighbourhood profile.
